Documentary chronicling the effort of The Friends of Woodward, a non-profit organization comprised of civic-spirited citizens of Detroit and its suburbs whose mission is to harness the vision, energy, and resources of people in the greater Detroit area who want to bring about the revitalization of the city with Woodward Avenue as its vibrant Main Street. Founded in 1992, the group joined together in hopes of somehow bringing the city back to its famous, former glory. Many years later, the Woodward corridor was revitalized as the anchor to the resurgent city of Detroit. See the story and meet the people involved in the effort through this film and discussion.
